Hi, I'm Hollie
I’m a Naarm/Melbourne based capacity advocate and time management specialist.
My promise to you is to create and provide a gentle environment that supports and advocates for sustainable capacity for conscious business folk.
Getting Started
1. We connect
The best way to connect is the one that works for you.
Is that email?
Is it a video call (video on or off)?
Is it a telephone call?
Is it voice or text messages (via Voxer)?
You pick, I’ll be there.
2. We decide
Wait, what? We decide?
Yup.
We both have to be happy to proceed in working together.
If one of us has hesitations, for whatever reason, working together right now is not the right decision for you or your business. Maybe you know hands down that I’m not the one you’re looking for, or maybe I don’t have the capacity or skills, but can recommend others you may wish to work with.
With a bit of luck though we’re a perfect fit, and together we can create some of the most incredible magic the world has ever seen.
3. We do
Yup, when we say ‘we do’ they’re pretty much business wedding vows.
We work together.
We communicate.
We collaborate.
But we also do our own things to make this beautiful partnership the best it can be.
Words for your eyes and ears
Letting go of the new year, new you malarkey
Has anyone ever told you that letting go of the new year new you malarkey is totally okay? Here’s my thoughts on why we really should do our own thing, and what I suggest instead.
E14: Knowing Your Personal Style with Kamri Hill
There’s no doubt about it, I know my personal style, but I also dress for comfort a lot of the time. Kamri Hill really knows a thing or two about finding your personal style, so if it’s something you struggle with, have a listen.
E13: Help is NOT a Dirty Word
Not asking for help didn’t do me any favours. I burned out so quickly. Now, I don’t have any trouble asking for help. I have a small team to help me here in my business, and I have a team around me to help at home too.
