Very Important Project
$1500
Up to 8 hours over 4 weeks
For conscious business owners who need an extra pair of hands to carry out a short-term project.
$250 deposit/booking fee
Remainder invoiced over project duration
Inclusions
- 2 hours per week for 4 weeks, dedicated to your project
- 60-minute initial consult (additional to project hours)
- Email contact throughout project
- Asana board, and Google Drive storage (6 months)
- Handover meeting on completion of project
- Limited to one project per month

Audio Transcription
Up to 2 hours of raw audio, transcribed.
Though 2 hours may not seem like much, it’s a 1:4 ratio of raw audio to transcribed audio, even with transcription software.
WordPress Website Updates
Change branding, images, update/add blogs and/or copy (all materials provided by you)
Marketing Collateral
Marketing collateral creation (copy and images don’t need to be ready but is advantageous)
Social Media Templates
Receive a range of 15-20 branded social media templates for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn.
Captions not included.
Social Media Scheduling
Scheduling of your social media content using your chosen scheduler.
Caption writing and graphic creation not included.
Email Marketing Set-up
MailerLite and ConvertKit email marketing setup.
Flows/sequences must be mapped by you prior to setup.

- Guaranteed weekly hours in accordance with your package
- Weekly 20-30 minute virtual meeting to discuss week’s requirements (if needed)
- Private Asana board/s for project/task management
- Open communication during my business hours
